Henk is the point of contact within VMW Taxand as well as within the Taxand international network for any real estate related tax queries in the Netherlands.

Henk has over 11 years of experience as a real estate tax lawyer. He worked with Andersen / Deloitte and the last four years with PwC before joining VMW Taxand in 2010. Besides his tax law degree Henk holds the title of Master of Real Estate obtained at the University of Amsterdam.

Henk’s broad experience includes advising real estate related clients on (international) corporate as well as (Dutch) local tax aspects of real estate transactions, real estate development, fund structuring, investment reviews, (re)financing but also in the areas of infrastructure and hospitality. A special area of interest is transfer pricing and real estate which remains an underdeveloped tax area.
