Jolanda Vossen - van Eldik

Deputy civil law notary

Jolanda Vossen-van Eldik graduated in Notarial law at the VU University of Amsterdam. During her studies she has worked at a small, a medium sized and a large notary office. After her studies she began her career as deputy civil law notary at Meijer notarissen c.s. in the company law department. She has a wide range of experience in company law, especially in the area of drawing up articles of association, the transfer of shares, (cross border) mergers, take-overs and the restructuring of companies, both for starting entrepreneurs and international and listed companies. 

Jolanda joined VMW Taxand as a deputy civil-law notary in 2011. She specialises in corporate law and notarial law. In addition to the notarial practice, Jolanda is also involved with the German Desk.

Jolanda is a member of the Royal Dutch Notarial Association.
