Lydia Faltas

Attorney at law

Lydia read Dutch law at the Universiteit Leiden. Furthermore, she studied at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi sociali (Rome, Italy) for one year. In addition, she worked as paralegal at the Prosecutors office and at a Media and Entertainment law firm. Lydia completed her degree in criminal law at the University of Utrecht in 2010.

Lydia joined the practice group of criminal and administrative law at VMW Taxand in February of 2011, where she specialises on privacy law. Therefore she is a member of the Dutch Association for Privacy Laws (VPR - Vereniging voor Privacy Recht). Furthermore she gives advice on cases concerning her two specialties, namely criminal law and Intellectual Property law.
