Ramon Budik

Ramon read law at the University of Amsterdam and graduated in 1999 with a focus on corporate law. After having worked for several years as a business lawyer he went to Cambridge (England) where he successfully completed an additional master’s degree in Commercial Law. After his return to The Netherlands he joined VMW Taxand and was admitted to the Dutch bar in 2004. Ramon works in the field of corporate law and focuses on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, commercial disputes and several aspects of banking & finance law. In 2009 Ramon successfully completed the Grotius Academy specialist course in Securities Law.
