Dutch Insolvency Review - Publications Georg van Daal

In the upcoming last issue of 2010 of the Dutch Insolvency Review Georg van Daal will publish two articles. In the first article Georg pleads for new legislation to be implemented in the Netherlands, aiming at the protection of the private homes of businessmen and officers of corporations against execution thereon of business related claims (in brief: a homestead exemption). In the second article he comments on a district court ruling concerning certain misconduct of a Dutch insolvency liquidator towards a director of a corporation.
